A careful analysis and selection of guideline companies for the business appraisal is important. It is imperative that the subject company share as many equivalent characteristics with its comparable publicly-held companies as possible. Let us help you identify the most comparable companies to your subject company.
The Research: After a discussion with you about the subject company, its operations and its SIC/NAICS code(s), three databases are checked to retrieve a list of publicly-held companies.
What you will receive: The research results, in the form of a "tear sheet" for each retrieved company, will contain:
- company name
- location
- SIC codes
- ticker symbol
- stock exchange
- extensive business description
- seven years of income statement and balance sheet data
- shares outstanding
- P/E and EPS
SEC documents, historical securities prices and betas are available at an additional charge.
